JOCZ Premium Line is our most advanced yet economical window and door system. It was introduced to meet the increased thermal insulation requirements. This system is used for constructing various types of structures, including fixed windows, casement windows, tilt windows, tilt-and-turn windows, tilt-and-slide windows, as well as single and double-leaf exterior doors and storefront solutions with integrated doors.
System Features:
- Profiles with a depth of 79 mm (window sash) and 70 mm (frame and door sash).
- Thermal inserts made of innovative material with a new shape, allowing for the use of a seal in the profile's insulation zone in both windows and doors.
- Construction meeting the requirements of the Technical Conditions since 2021 for windows (0.9 W/(m²K)) and doors (1.3 W/(m²K)).
- Thermal insulation: Uw from 0.64 W/(m²K), Uf from 0.83 W/(m²K).
- Very good kinematics, allowing for the construction of narrow opening windows and doors.
- Door sash profiles have a dilation, eliminating thermal stresses during operation.
- Ability to use invisible hinges and the most popular perimeter fittings, including hidden fittings, along with the most modern AluPilot window fittings, distributed exclusively by Aluprof; doors also offer fittings with automation and access control functions.
- A wide range of glazing packages with 2- or 3-glazed units up to 63 mm thick for windows and up to 54 mm for doors, allowing the use of all types of glass, including acoustic and burglar-resistant types.
- A large selection of handles from various stylistic series, including handles with visible rosettes or rosette-free, minimalist designs.
- The JOCZ Premium Line system (MB-79N) has passed hurricane tests in accordance with ASTM guidelines and the Florida Building Code TAS 201-94, TAS 202-94, and TAS 203-94.
